Reproduction is a fundamental shared feature of life, yet it also entails an astonishing diverse set of modes, selective pressures, and evolutionary outcomes. My research interests are understanding the role of sexual selection and sexual conflict in genome and transcriptome evolution. For this work, I am primarily working with livebearing Poecilia fishes in the Judith Mank lab.
