The Zoology Graduate Student Association is excited to announce that we will be hosting a brief faculty symposium on Friday, September 6th from 2:00–4:00pm in the Beaty Auditorium, to be immediately followed by a joint barbecue & beers event at the BRC Courtyard!
For the symposium, we have an exciting lineup of faculty members (listed below), one from each cluster, that will give a 30 minute talk including time for questions:
2:00–2:30 Kevin Wei (Cell and Developmental Biology)
2:30–3:00 Ben Matthews (Comparative Physiology)
3:00–3:30 Heather Bruce (Evolution)
3:30–4:00 Kaitlyn Gaynor (Ecology)
For the barbecue event, we will have various games set up and available, and the food will be complimentary (poster attached).
Come, learn about the work of faculty in your department, and socialize with fellow zoologists outside in the last few weeks of good weather!
