"About the speakers:
Mannfred Boehm. I am a PhD Candidate with the Cronk and Jankowski Labs at the BRC. I'm excited to share my BRITE experience with the Atlantic Canada Conservation Data Centre, where I assisted with field surveys for Species-At-Risk in Kespukwitk Priority Place.
Alicia Andersen is a MSc student in the Institute for the Oceans and Fisheries studying juvenile salmon during their marine outmigration. She is conducting a vulnerability assessment to determine how environmental factors are influencing juvenile salmon growth and condition.
Lili Simon is a recent MSc. graduate from the Arcese Lab in the Faculty of Forestry at UBC. Her BRITE internship was in collaboration with the Pacific Birds Habitat Joint Venture and Canadian Intermountain Joint Venture, with the aim of protecting birds and bird habitat.
