UBC’s Interdisciplinary Biodiversity Solutions (IBioS) Collaboratory launched its first podcast series titled “Biodiversity Speaks”, to engage conversations on biodiversity and conservation.
Biodiversity Speaks, hosted by Dr. Helina Jolly, UBC alumna from IRES, discusses various biodiversity topics with selected speakers. Each 30 min episode involves a brief peek into the speaker’s personal and professional journey in the field of biodiversity conservation, and is targeted for a wider audience including students and faculty.
The first episode, launched on 15 Nov, is the interview with UBC's new Asst Professor Juliet Lu (Forestry/SPPGA) member of the IBioS cluster hire. We will release a new podcast monthly.
